Ravelo started out in 2009 as a small local bakery. Once we perfected and launched our now-famous authentic Cuban crackers, they became an immediate success and our largest product.

Family is the center of everything we do. Founder and owner, Cesar Garcia, named Ravelo after his mother, whom inherited her love of cooking from her own mother. His grandmother inspired our uniquely delicious and successful crackers.
